1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OneLyst, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

OneLyst is a grocery price comparison app that:

• Compares product prices across hypermarkets in Qatar
• Suggests cheaper alternatives for grocery items
• Tracks savings and budgets
• Provides store location and proximity information

3. Subscription Terms

Free Tier

• Create shopping lists, search products, view current prices
• Limited to 1 price comparison per day

Free Trial

• New users receive a 15-day free trial of all premium features
• No payment information required during trial
• Trial begins upon account creation

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited price comparisons and split-shopping
• Price history, alerts, and cheaper alternatives
• Budget tracking and savings dashboard
• Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms will be announced at launch
• You will be notified in-app and via email before any paid feature becomes available
• Cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings or in-app account screen

Referral Program

• Invite a friend using your referral code
• Both you and your friend receive 1 month of free premium
• Maximum 5 referral rewards per user
• Referred user must remain active for 7 days to qualify
• Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, same device) will be rejected

4. Price Data Disclaimer

• Prices shown are gathered from publicly available online store listings
• Prices may not reflect in-store prices, which can vary by branch
• Price data is refreshed periodically and may be several hours old
• OneLyst does not guarantee price accuracy
• Users can report price inaccuracies to help improve data quality

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration information
• Do not create multiple accounts to exploit the referral program
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app
• Do not submit false price reports

6. Intellectual Property

• OneLyst and its original content are owned by us
• Product names, brands, and store names belong to their respective owners
• You retain ownership of your shopping lists and personal data

7. Limitation of Liability

OneLyst is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate price data leading to unexpected costs
• Store closures or product unavailability
• Service interruptions or data loss

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
